Why did you close the BDSM Dungeon in Spain ?

We decided to close the dungeon because ….

  • Our joints cracked more often then our whips
  • Our safeword went from hungry hippo...to 9*9*9
  • Our exotic oils and candles bill paled into insignificance when compared to that of our Muscle and Joint medication bill
  • We were less concerned slaves remembered our likes, dislikes and the safeword than we were that they remembered the local doctor’s name, medicine allergies and medical info
  • Electric Shocks became less a part of play and more a part of being able to continue...."clear ....... pffffft"
  • A respirator was considered our No. 1 ’must have’ toy
  • The ambulance crews were no longer shocked by the sight of our Dungeon, ... just the sight of people our age trying to use it
  • The bondage positions no longer excited us ....as much as being able to get up and walk the next day after being in them.
  • When asked what we looked for when employing Dommes our first response was
    "Medical Experience"
  • Our submissive Training included " How to properly administer CPR and Heart Medication."
  • We regarded a form of punishment as being ordered to open a childproof bottle * We began using knitted wool instead of cuffs or rope for bondage play...
  • Our Doctor took away our key to the dungeon and gave it to the home visit nurse with instructions " No playing without supervision." * It took longer to go up and down the dungeon stairs than for the whole scene...

 

  Why is there no contact telephone number ?
We used to display our telephone number on our BDSM Dungeon website.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people 'out there' who are 'wannabes'.

They would just call us for the thrill of talking to someone with a dungeon.

We are happy to provide our telephone number to sane and sensible people; an e-mail beforehand gives us a chance to identify and eliminate any 'wankers and dreamers'.

Many Dommes now no longer display their number on their websites for this reason.

 

  How will the items I order be sent to me ?

We will send the requested items to you within 24 hours of receiving payment.

On despatch, you will receive an e-mail from us to say it is en route.

All packages will be forwarded by REGISTERED POST.

Costs for post and packaging are shown in the Paypal details and are consistent with the prices quoted by the Spanish Post Office (called CORREOS).

  Are the prices negotiable ?

We would consider negotiating prices but the purchase would have to be only for the MAJOR ITEMS or PORTABLE ITEMS.

Additionally any negotiating would need to be a reasonable offer.

You will be able to discuss any offer with a real person, one of the owners,
in fact.

We cannot negotiate on postage. We are stuck with it.

 

  How is the website organised ?

Large Dungeon Equipment, such as the St Andrew's Cross, Benches, and so on, each have their own page, with dimensions, pictures plus some photos illustrating the item's use in the dungeon.

Smaller Equipment, like clothing, whips, torture items etc are accessed via tabs on the appropriate page..... such as Female Clothing, Male Clothing, an so on.

Thumbnails in the tabbed pages each have a tooltip, containing a description of the item, its price, and a direct link to the Paypal website to allow payment.

Descriptive detail includes:

  • Equipment dimensions, height width, plus other details.
  • Clothing sizes, colours and important measurements.
  • CP items have number of tails, length and so on.
  • Boots and shoes have heel heights, designs, as well as colour, sizes, thigh widths, etc.


Some boots and shoes are shown in EU sizes, others in UK sizes.

We have included a shoe size comparison chart to help.

  Is there an alternative payment method to PAYPAL ?

For most of the items, PAYPAL is the perfect channel for payment. We have been 'let down' once or twice with cheques, and promises. Consequently, we accept no other payment styles for smaller items

However, for larger equipment & Larger Payments, e-commerce may not necessarily be the most appropriate method, since there may well be a need to arrange for transport. We can recommend a reliable and discrete transport company, but the customer would would have to deal directly with the haulage contractor.

Further, where larger amounts are involved, a customer may wish to discuss the finance .... or as some might say ..... 'haggle'.

  What hygenic action has been taken where toys have been used internally ?
ANY item which was used internally was cleaned immediately after use with a strong solution of JEYES FLUID .... a mixture of 50% to water ... very strong indeed.

JEYES FLUID is an extremely strong sterilising agent, well known for its anti-bacterial qualities.

CP toys were also cleaned after use with a '25% to water'mixture

We have retained the boxes for some of the toys, in which case, we shall place the item in its respective box.

Other items will be wrapped in tissue paper and in 'bubble wrap'.

All items will be photographed immediately before packaging.

  If am in the area, would it be possible to visit you to see some items ?

Of course. We would be delighted to meet you.

However, we would ask you to contact us before you decide to visit. We can then arrange a mutually convenient date and time.

  How often have the used items been worn ?

Many of the items have never been worn at all.

We originally tried to cover as wide a range of styles, sizes, and designs as possible so that partygoers would have a good choice of fetishwear without the need to buy it themselves.

Although a fair number of partygoers and dungeon visitors had their own clothing and toys, some popular sized items of clothing were nevertheless worn at parties frequently....

About half of the CP items have been used at some time.
The multi-coloured whips have never been used.

With one or two exceptions, all the restraints have been used.

About half of the Footwear has been worn.

   All fetish clothing was cleaned after use ...

   We would not trust slaves to perform this task ...

    Cleaning was undertaken personally by the Dungeon Master ...

    who also cleaned the Dungeon itself .... believe it or not... !!!

  Some of the harnesses appear complicated ... are they ?
Absolutely ....
Some of them have lots of interconnections, buckles, straps and lacings.

Try not to take the whole thing apart unless you are sure you can put it back together.       

You might end up with a collection of straps, and very little eroticism.
                                                 
We shall send it to you ' ready to wear', so that you can enjoy it immediately.

We shall also send a photograph, just in case you do take it apart.

If all else fails, call ... and we will talk you through rebuilding it.
                                                    
  I need to be sure of discretion
We headed our letters, e-mails and advertisements.

Many of our dungeon clients, both male and female, were married or, at the very least, in some form of relationship.

Additionally, some clients who visited us were well known, and therefore absolute discretion was essential.

Discretion and confidentiality was what they received.

For many of our clients, this aspect of our professionalism, together with our knowledge of BDSM games, turn-on's and scenarios was what brought them back time after time after time. We had clients who have visited us since we opened 8 years ago.

The answer to this 'Frequently Asked Question' is "Discretion comes as standard"

  Do you have a privacy policy ?
A reasonable question which is always at the back of a client's mind.

After we send your order, we will notify you by e-mail, that it has been sent.

Your e-mail address is then kept on a 'laptop' which has NEVER been connected to the internet. We keep the address so that if you make a further order for items, we know that we have dealt with you on a previous occasion. (Subsequent purchases will automatically attract a 10% discount.)

We receive enough rubbish mail ourselves; so, there is no way we would have a client pestered similarly.
  E-mail addresses, shipping addresses, or any other data will NEVER be passed to anyone else.

 We  will not contact you again, unless you contact us first.

The numbers available of each item are displayed on the tooltips.

Tooltips also show the descriptions, and  links to larger photographs.

  what is your returns policy ?

To minimise problems, before any item is packed and despatched, it is photographed.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event of damage found or complaint,
the customer should contact us by email, to inform us of the problem.
We will then advise you of any consequent steps to take.

Please note:

  • We will accept eligible returns within 30 days of your receiving your order. If it becomes necessary, we shall tell you where to ship the item.
  • We will refund monies paid in the same way the you originally paid.
  • We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorised return.
  • If we authorsie the item to be returned to us, we will pay for standard shipping costs, and accept returned items when the cause of the return is a result of our error.
  • Postage charges will not be refunded under any circumstances as we have no control over these and they do not form any part of the product's value.
  • If the item is damaged in transit then your first responsibility is to contact the carrier.
    In most cases this will be the local postal service e.g. Correo or Royal Mail
  • We do not accept returns of items damaged by any carriers.
  • For items that are delivered by other carriers then please contact them directly.
  • It is VERY important that you do not dispose of any mailing packaging or product packaging until you are sure that the item meets your satisfaction. Bear in mind that it will form important evidence in any claim that you wish to make against any carrier.
  • If the outer packaging is damaged when you receive it then inform the carrier on delivery when possible. Do NOT sign for or open the package until a representative of the carrier is present. In the case of Royal Mail then your postman or local post Office should suffice.
  • Opening a damaged package may nullify any future claim that you may have with the carrier. If you sign for the package then you might find that signing "Recieved Damaged" might be sufficient, depends on how brave you feel at the time!
  • Also, if the item needs to be returned then you will need to return it in the condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
